Our story
A Specialist You Can Trust
Earlobe Repair Chicago was founded on one simple belief: everyone deserves to feel confident in their own skin — and their own earlobes.
Dr. Benjamin T. Lemelman
Founder and Lead Surgeon, One Plastic Surgery
Dr. Benjamin T. Lemelman is a board-certified plastic surgeon with over a decade of experience in minimally invasive aesthetic procedures. After noticing how many of his patients struggled with torn or stretched earlobes — and how few specialists offered dedicated repair services — he founded Earlobe Repair Chicago to fill that gap.
His approach is gentle, precise, and deeply personal. He takes time with every patient to understand their goals, explain the procedure clearly, and ensure they feel comfortable from the first consultation through full healing.
The clinic
Why We Exist
Earlobe injuries are more common than most people realize. Heavy earrings, accidental snags, stretched piercings from years past — they affect people of all ages and backgrounds. Yet for a long time, there was no dedicated place in Chicago to get them properly repaired.
We opened our doors to change that. Our clinic is a calm, welcoming space where you can talk openly about your concerns, ask every question you have, and leave feeling genuinely cared for — not rushed.
We keep our focus narrow on purpose. By specializing in earlobe repair and re-piercing, we've developed a level of expertise and consistency that generalist practices simply can't match.
